With 1.5 billion+ people worldwide living under a ‘stay at home’ order, this pandemic has thrown a spotlight on challenges and inequities faced by people who are homebound or experiencing isolation. How might we as designers respond to this global challenge?

The Big Question

When creatives’ team working process goes digital, how could we create the best destination for bouncing ideas and share the joy of creating together?

Context

The need for social distancing due to COVID-19 and the exponential growth in remote work over recent years has shifted how digital creatives manage work-life balance, build interpersonal relationships and inspiration

Professionals working in creative industries transitioning to remote work.

Context

“The more that we rely on the virtual world, the more we are disconnected.”
“When we do meet up, it's going to be precious. Psychologically it is crucial when we meet eye to eye.”
“Creative process doesn't happen 9-5”
"30% collaboration 70% individual"
What could bring back home that keeps the sense of belonging from a team at hubs?
